Our client is one of the most well known luxury retail names in the Middle East region who specialise in luxury watches, writing instruments, accessories and eye wear. With a legacy of more than 30 years in region, the firm is top of the mind recall for customers when it comes to luxury.  Due to growth, the company are now looking to recruit an Assistant Brand Manager for Watches.

What you'll need to succeed

* You will have a minimum of brand management/buying experience in fashion/watches in the UAE

* You will have a keen awareness of trends and a love of brand led retail

* Preferably you'll have a Master's degree in business/brand/marketing management

* Driven to succeed, you'll have strong inter personal and communication skills

* You'll be computer literate with an awareness of how to utilise social media to drive sales

* With a strong head for numbers, you'll have the analytical skills to interpret commercial data 

* You will have a UAE driving licence

What you'll be doing

* You will be responsible for the performance of a designated range of prestigious brands 

* You will set annual budgets and develop the business and marketing plans to achieve the budget

* You will manage stockholding and order product to meet demand

* You will ensure that the right stock is in the right stores to drive sales and profits

* You will promote your portfolio internally - ensuring retail staff know and can sell your ranges

* You will be aware of overall market activity across your ranges and will monitor competitor activity

* You will visit stores to ensure merchandise standards are best in class
