Leasing Strategy and Management:
- Develop and implement comprehensive leasing strategies to achieve maximum occupancy rates and optimize rental income across our property portfolio.
Business Development:
- Market Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct thorough market research to identify new leasing opportunities, assess market trends, and understand competitive landscape.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence, enter new geographic areas or property sectors, and achieve business growth objectives.
Property Sales:
- Direct the disposition of key properties and land holdings.
- Formulate strategic marketing plans to attract prospective buyers and achieve premium sales prices.
Property Flipping and Development:
- Identify properties suitable for renovation, redevelopment, or resale based on market insights and investment potential.
- Supervise project feasibility assessments, budgeting, and timelines to deliver successful property enhancements and maximize resale profitability.
