Job Title: Director of Marketing
Reporting To: Group CEO
Mandatory Requirements: Both traditional/classical and digital marketing experience needed with luxury real estate exposure (including villas).

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and highly polished Director of Marketing to lead the marketing function across our diversified group of luxury businesses — including ultra-high-end real estate development, bespoke contracting, and a supercar dealership. This leadership role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of luxury positioning, digital performance, and storytelling, and the ability to interact with UHNW clients, investors, and global partners.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute a group-wide marketing strategy aligned with business goals across all verticals (real estate, contracting, and automotive).
  • Define positioning, messaging, and differentiation for each brand under the group umbrella.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to the Group CEO and top management, regularly presenting insights, proposals, and campaign results.

Brand Development & Luxury Positioning

  • Build and elevate brand identities across all businesses, ensuring exclusivity, elegance, and prestige in every touchpoint.
  • Oversee the creation of all brand assets: brochures, design decks, pitch materials, showreels, and social content.
  • Ensure all external communication reflects the group’s reputation for quality, innovation, and luxury living.

Client-Facing Communication & Investor Relations

  • Craft tailored marketing narratives and presentations for UHNW clients and institutional investors.
  • Work closely with the CEO on investor decks, international real estate roadshows, and luxury partnership opportunities.
  • Represent the group during key client or media meetings as required.

Digital & Performance Marketing

  • Lead the digital marketing strategy across all platforms — website, SEO/SEM, email, paid campaigns, CRM, and analytics.
  • Oversee social media strategy and influencer engagement, with particular focus on Instagram and YouTube (especially CEO/brand channels).
  • Use performance data to track ROI, optimize campaigns, and drive targeted lead generation across key markets (UAE, UK, KSA, etc.).

Creative & Content Direction

  • Lead the production of high-quality marketing content, including visual storytelling, property videos, editorial features, and social media assets.
  • Supervise creative agencies, production houses, and freelancers to deliver best-in-class work.
  • Maintain consistency in tone, design, and voice across all materials.

Event Marketing & Brand Experiences

  • Plan and execute high-impact events, activations, and brand partnerships, including villa launches, track days, investor galas, and lifestyle collaborations.
  • Manage end-to-end event production including concepting, branding, invites, staging, and press coordination.

Team Leadership & Budget Management

  • Lead and grow a high-performing in-house marketing team across design, content, digital, and events.
  • Manage the group marketing budget, agency relationships, and performance KPIs.
  • Define marketing OKRs, conduct team reviews, and develop departmental reporting structure.
