We have been retained by a few clients (some are DIFC based international private banks while some are DIFC based EAMs). We are hiring RMs for the private banking / wealth management business of these two kinds of institutions. Hence, seeking RMs with DIFC experience as well as those from outside DIFC (wealth management teams of local banks or international banks under central bank jurisdiction)

Key responsibilities include growing existing client relationships, acquiring new clients and assets, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through personalized service. The role requires a strong understanding of financial markets, strong sales and client management skills, and adherence to the strict regulatory environment of the DIFC. 

Key responsibilities

  • Client relationship management: Maintain and build strong, long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Wealth management: Provide tailored wealth management solutions, including investment advice, portfolio management, and asset allocation.
  • Business development: Actively source new clients, drive business growth, and meet targets for asset gathering and revenue generation.
  • Client servicing: Manage client onboarding, account maintenance, and transactions while ensuring a high standard of service.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with the regulations of the DIFC and the firm's internal policies.
  • Market and product knowledge: Stay up-to-date on market trends and a wide range of bank products and services to meet client needs. 

Required skills and qualifications

  • Experience: Proven track record in private banking, wealth management, or a related sales-oriented role.
  • Client portfolio: Often requires a transferable client portfolio, sometimes with a minimum asset base.
  • Financial acumen: Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management.
  • Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with HNW clients and internal teams.
  • Regulatory knowledge: Familiarity with the regulatory environment in the DIFC and the UAE
