Reed Recruitment Middle East is currently looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO of one of the leading real estate company for Dubai Location.

Brief About the role:

  • Someone with international exposure and holding a British passport, as the role involves frequent international travel.
  • Effectively manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Coordinate and prioritize commitments, ensuring that the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
  • Scheduling and managing the CEO's emails, calendar, meetings, travels, bookings and engagements. Scheduling and managing meetings and appointments within a rapidly changing set of priorities and demands for the CEO.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for incoming queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding CEO matters, including highly confidential or critical matters. Attend meetings with the CEO, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
  • This role may require occasional overtime and flexibility in working hours to accommodate the CEO's schedule.
  • Occasionally, will be required to handle CEO's personal projects/tasks.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.

Experience working as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant for at least two years preferably in UAE. Having the flexibility to travel anywhere in the world.

Required Skills: Professional communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Proactive approach to problem-solving and task execution. Highly organized with excellent administrative skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work. Flexible, hardworking, and adaptable with the ability to work independently.

Note-Because of the nature of work and frequent travel to the UK we are looking for someone who holds a British passport and who can speak Urdu/Hindi.
