Reed Recruitment Middle East is currently looking for Key Accounts Manager for one of the Advertising Service company for the FMCG division.

Purpose of the role:

The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets

• Manage a large portfolio of customers

• Successfully create profitable business from new and existing customer accounts

• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers

• Ensure perfect customer relationship management including:

Perfect understanding of customer marketing needs, requirements and objectives.

• Act as an effective "trusted advisor" in the delivery of the optimum marketing solutions.

• Prepare promotion plans, adapted recommendations and price offers accordingly

• Ensure campaign follow-up from brands brief, budget proposal to promotion execution, results analysis and secure payment collection.

• Continuously seek ways to raise levels of customer service (feedbacks, services improvement…)

• Report to Head of Sales

Requirement:

• 5 years' quota carrying direct sales experience

• 3 years experience in the Consumer goods industry

• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems

• Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota

• Strong network in the GCC retail sector

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
