ABA Therapist

Job description

ABA Therapist position in a specialist multidisciplinary clinical team committed to offering patient-centred, evidence based and compassionate care to international standards.

Required Education and Experience:

• Conduct VB-MAPP assessments and other behavioral assessments.
• Analyse, write reports, communicate assessment results and therapy progress to parents and/or teachers.
• Conduct individual ABA therapy.
• Provide Parent Training.
• Work with BCBA to ensure competence and implement individualized goals.
• Participate in team meetings and work closely with other specialists to ensure holistic intervention.
• The post holder reports directly to and works closely with the Head of ABA Therapy and Head of Allied Service.
• 3 - 5 years proven work experience as a BCaBA or similar role.
• Early Intervention, developmental delays, Attention Deficit Hyper-Activity Disorder and Autistic Spectrum Disorder.
• Educational background in psychology or other related discipline.
• Board Certified Assistant Behaviour Analyst (BCaBA).
• Meets all requirements of the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board for continuous education.
