Our client operates as a nationally recognized multidisciplinary child and adult mental health service in Dubai. The clinic works within a multidisciplinary framework to ensure a holistic and comprehensive treatment approach. The clinic is regularly peer-reviewed by a team from the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

Required Education and Experience:

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and other modalities, to address clients' mental health concerns.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing acute mental health crises.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical diagnosis.
• Providing comprehensive psychological assessments, formulation and intervention services to young people, adults and their families.
• Conducting specialist psychometric assessments where appropriate.
• Applying evidence-based clinical reasoning to assess, plan, implement and evaluate interventions.
• Providing assessments and treatment processes in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of specialists.
• Demonstrating advanced-level skills in group facilitation and the use of creative therapeutic interventions.
• Maintaining confidentiality of clients’ treatment and records.
• Taking responsibility for an agreed clinical caseload, involving care coordination as appropriate.
• Promoting the good reputation of the clinic and participating in service development tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable policies, regulations, rules, standards and governing laws.
• Educational background in a relevant discipline (Masters or PhD Level).
• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting post qualification.
• Skilled and experienced with a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic, Family Systems Therapy, grief and Trauma Counselling, etc.
• Recognized Board Certification.
• DHA licensed or meet licensure requirements.
• Bi-lingual (English and Arabic proficiency).
