Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy HRMS Specialist to manage and administer the company’s Human Resource Management System. This role is critical in ensuring the system supports the HR team’s daily operations efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, resolving system issues, and coordinating with the HRMS vendor for updates and enhancements.
The position requires strong system administration skills, a solid understanding of core HR processes, and experience working with HRMS platforms such as PeopleStrong or similar.
Key Responsibilities
HRMS Administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all HRMS-related activities.
- Manage day-to-day system operations including employee data updates, org structure changes, and access controls.
System Enhancements & Support
- Support the configuration and rollout of new HRMS modules as per business needs.
- Work closely with HR and IT teams to gather system requirements and implement changes.
- Create and maintain user documentation and training materials for HRMS usage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HRMS administration or HR technology roles.
- Proven expertise with HRMS platforms such as PeopleStrong, Darwinbox, Successfactors, or similar.
- Strong understanding of core HR processes such as employee life cycle management.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
- Experience working with HRMS vendors and managing ticket-based support is a plus.
