Overview
Reed have recently re-entered the Middle East market by partnering under a franchise agreement with AMS International Search, an established local recruitment business. Due to growth, we are currently looking to add two new Recruitment Consultants to our strong, respected team based in Internet City, Dubai.

What you’ll be doing

• The aim is to hire talented Recruitment Consultants to develop new markets in Dubai.
• As such, you’ll be running your desk, developing new business and delivering on mandates.
• In doing so, you will have the opportunity to build your own business within Reed Dubai.
• You will be set free to do what you do best – developing business, working closely with clients and fostering profitable client relationships.


What you’ll need to succeed
• You MUST have experience of having recruited in the Middle East. Ideally you will already be based in the region, but we are also keen to talk to recruitment consultants who have worked GCC desks from abroad.
• You will be in Dubai now or genuinely looking to relocate to Dubai.
• You will have a real appetite for business development and be able to demonstrate where you have won and retained clients.
• We are looking for people with at least five years’ experience as a recruitment consultant and a track record which displays solid tenure rather than multiple moves.
• The team’s culture is not flashy, you will be driven by delivering a quality service, building profitable relationships rather than bling!
