- Gather and document business for Reconciliation system focusing on ATM and Cards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design processes and implementation of reconciliation system
- Conduct gap analysis to implement the new reconciliation system to provide a solution for cash balancing for ATM/CDM in conjunction with reading the EJ and internal statements
- Work closely with IT and vendors to implement reconciliation systems, ensuring seamless integration with core banking and other systems.
- Lead testing and validation of Reconciliation system functionality, creating test cases to ensure requirements are met.
- Provide hands-on support during system implementation, addressing issues and optimizing processes as needed.
- Analyze system performance post-implementation, identifying areas for continuous improvement.
