- Oversee end-to-end project management for Loan Origination System (LOS) implementations and upgrades.
- Define project scope, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage project resources, budgets, and schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and vendors.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Report on project progress and deliverables to stakeholders
