Job holder will be responsible for managing FX business ( bank note and remittance ) through :
• Work closely with treasury department to generate bank revenue targets
• Building , managing and developing the FX propositions (both remittance and banknote )
• Responsible for the bottom line revenues
• Tie ups with product providers according to product launch calendar
• Designing and launching product campaigns
• Working with operations ,IT and front line channels to deliver the banks revue plan
• Mange MIS, sales promotion, strategies and incentives across all banks segment to achieve targets
• Set up incentive scheme for different channels in accordance to the overall channels incentive scheme
• Responsible for the overall communication plan for the product
• Responsible for training the front line channels as well as the back office
• Job holder should posses the Ability to lead and inspire a product vision, map processes, Handel stake holders
• Manage products on a month to month basis by regularly reviewing the performance of the portfolio.
• Reviewing cost allocations on cost centers and undertaking profitability studies.
• Develop on line solutions
