JOB DESCRIPTION 

  • Oversee New solutions’ launches.
  •  Oversee Existing solutions’ upgrades.
  •  Develop a complete sales tool kit to market our solutions efficiently and in a profitable way.
  •  Track company solutions’ performance through dashboards and kpis.
  • Liaise with external vendors, agencies, and partners to upgrade our solution’s performance and profitability.
  • Master our platforms (ZaQi & Adictiz) and participate to new features development. 

Data management and Market research and insights.

  •  Analyze Companies collected data on solutions performance.
  •  Uses data insights to refine marketing strategies and decision making.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.

PROFILE 

  • Higher education in Commerce and Marketing.
  • 4 years of proven track records in operational marketing and project management
  •  Experience in shopper marketing or FMCG and retail industries is an advantage.
  • Passionate in Marketing, brands and customer engagement
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  •  Curious, Rigorous, and tenacious with good interpersonal skills are the qualities for this position.
  • A proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
  •  Master MS Office, and project management tools (Trello, Asana). - Working knowledge of design tools like Adobe creative suite or Canva is a plus
